Production planner shop floor on the A350 (m/f)

We are looking for a production planner for the A350 in Hamburg for our customer Airbus Operations GmbH. In your future position you are responsible for managing and monitoring production orders, as well as the workload for each construction site and machine.

Task description

  • Technical production support for the shop floor when implementing orders for electrical and mechanical system installations
  • Generating non-conformities in case of definition variances in the aircraft as well as follow-up work on them 
  • Identification of production problems and rectification of faults through integration of appropriate interfaces, e.g. production, materials planning and risk-share partners
  • Rectification of recurrent faults using practical problem solving (PPS) methods
  • Coordination of risk-share partners
  • Managing component availability, materials and component procurement and also component delivery
  • Measures to rectify balance of internal and external missing parts  

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, preferably in a technical area
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing, engineering and in the aerospace industry
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning and management
  • Professional experience as a planner in the aviation industry would be advantageous
  • Confident user of MS Office, SAP, CATIA V5 and PDM Link
  • Knowledge of SAP PDA and ACPnG
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • A willingness to work in 2-rota shifts should round off your profile
