As a Program Manager, you will help our customer near Munich to produce faster, better and more efficient products. In your future position, you will be responsible for developing an integrated program management framework for the introduction of a new production facility.

Task description

  • Development of the Project Management Office (PMO) for production
  • Establishing a framework structure for program management of all processes associated with the introduction of a new production facility (planning, implementation and performance management)
  • Preparation of project plans for reaching the necessary production capability in prototype projects
  • Conception of pilot production lines and series production plants, development of production processes and control of the implementation of these projects
  • Cross-divisional cooperation with partner organisations, contractors and other PMOs
  • Development and implementation of a risk management framework that integrates all relevant workflows for production and supply chain development projects
  • Defining KPIs and tracking progress by setting up visual program management
  • Holding meetings for continuous operational coordination in ongoing projects
  • Documenting project-related data


  • Degree in engineering or business administration
  • Several years of experience in program management with solid commercial know-how
  • Practical knowledge in high-volume and highly automated production environments, preferably with new projects/production set-up, is desirable
  • Projects already implemented with end-to-end responsibility are advantageous
  • Confident use of MS Excel and project planning software
  • Fluent in English, CV in English required
