As a Project Engineer for Production Planning you help our customer in the area of Munich to make faster, better and more powerful products. Your future job your tasks include providing and integrated programme management framework for the production organisation to support the planning, execution and performance management.

Task description

  • Ensuring project plans for the development of a new production organisation with prototype production projects as well as manufacturing process development, designing as well as implementation of pilot lines and series production facilities
  • Developing and implementing a risk management framework, that integrates all relevant workstreams for production and supply chain development projects
  • Executing and moderating meetings
  • Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and tracking progress with setting up a visual programme management
  • Reporting and administrating information from different stakeholders including requirements and current actions
  • Supporting implementation of new processes and software tools in the production organization

Requirements

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or business administration
  • At least 5 years experience in programme management or operations positions, preferably in aerospace, automotive or composites business
  • Empirical Knowledge in at least 2 projects with End to End responsibility
  • Know-How in understanding of programme management, finance and commercials
  • Safe handling of MS Excel and Project Planning Software as well as with ERP software
  • Fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German or any other language would be beneficial
  • Willigness to travel
