For our customer Airbus Defence and Space GmbH we are looking for a Project Manager in Manching. In the future position you will be responsible for all PC-21 specific activities in TASTP1 as well as reporting to the team leader Ground Based Training Systems.

Task description

  • Control of the internal work packages

  • Securing the commissioned services within the framework of existing contracts

  • Continuous monitoring of work progress and initiation of countermeasures in the event of deviations

  • Concept development, specification and preparation of quotations for new orders

  • Customer care, consultation and coordination with external customers

  • Creation of status reports to the program management and external customers

  • Coordination and coordination of the cooperation with the external training equipment manufacturers


  • Degree in engineering or aerospace engineering

  • Many years of professional experience in engineering and project management

  • Good knowledge of flight simulators and Pilatus PC 21 advantageous

  • Safe use of business tools such as MS Project, PDM, Chiasmus, DOORS, JIRA required

  • PMP certification desirable

  • Fluent in German and English
