Extend your professional success as project manager cabin equipment and realize your visions together with ARTS. In your future position, you will be responsible for monitoring the internal and external project management of our client in the Munich area.

Task description

          • Planning, management and control of projects related to entire aircraft cabins and system modifications with deadline and cost responsibility in consultation and cooperation with other specialist departments as well as contact persons for customers, OEM and authorities, among others
          • Organisation and monitoring of internal and external project teams including subcontractors as well as ensuring the availability of material at the required time
          • Preparation of quotations and specifications for potential projects, including product and service descriptions, as well as evaluation and calculation of additional services in coordination with superiors.
          • Drawing up and evaluation of internal and external cabin inspection protocols and resulting work packages
          • Active preparation and coordination of project workflows with regard to technical and commercial milestones for smooth internal processes with the support of the relevant engineering and maintenance departments
          • Establishment and design of more efficient processes and simplified tool landscape
          • Investigation of technical feasibility together with engineering and conclusion of feasibility
          • Monitoring of the entire supplier management in consultation with Purchasing as well as participation in international aviation trade fairs and events


            • Degree in engineering, preferably in the field of aircraft construction with many years of professional experience in the aviation industry or technical training in the field of mechanical engineering with corresponding additional qualification

            • At least 3 years of experience in supporting international customers from the MRO sector

            • Solid business management knowledge or additional training in business administration

            • Continuing education in project management, preferably certified PJM training

            • Very good knowledge of the aviation-specific regulations with regard to FAR and EASA

            • Confident handling of MS-Office, especially MS Excel and MS-Project

            • SAP R/3 knowledge desirable

            • Fluent in English

            • High willingness to travel worldwide
