Task description

  • Planning, calculation, execution and accounting of projects

  • Development of project solutions as well as the elaboration of decision documents

  • Coordination of the use of external engineering and consulting firms

  • Preparation and negotiation of the necessary contracts and their follow-up

  • Obtaining, examination and technical evaluation of tenders 

  • Coordination of framework contract companies and external companies

  • Cost monitoring and auditing

Requirements

  • Degree in (civil) engineering, supply engineering or architecture

  • Several years of professional experience in construction management, civil engineering, engineering, project and quality management

  • Knowledge of Stakeholder Management, Architecture & Construction Design and Partner & Subcontractor Management required

  • Experienced handling of MS Office and SAP

  • Fluent in German and English
