As a Quality Conformance Manager you help our customer in the Munich area create faster, better and more powerful products. Your future job tasks include creating and implementing standards for inspection management.

Task description

  • Ensuring that aircraft and their parts conform to DOA and POA standards from material supply, to component suppliers and final assembly in the production facilities
  • Implementing and reporting on key measurement variables within manufacturing processes
  • Supervising all maintenance and calibrating work regarding tooling, jigs and manufacturing engineering definitions
  • Advising engineering and manufacturing departments of all tolerances and inspection regimes that are necessary for any inspection process during FAI
  • Working on strategic definition and implementation of modern, automated and fully digital measurement systems
  • Developing and working on roadmaps related to quality, cost, volume and other subjects
  • Supporting recruitment as well as training and mentoring team


  • Degree in engineering, alternatively completed technical training with qualification as technician or foreman
  • Several years' professional experience in implementing and scaling international production organisations
  • Current know-how of inspection requirements, ideally within the automotive or aviation industry
  • Practical expertise in implementing and translating data, risk assessment as well as ensuring quality with a focus on value engineering and cost
  • Fluent English, English CV required
  • Comprehensive technical expertise, analytical thinking and sound judgement round off your profile
