In your future position in Sulzbach at our client Airbus Secure Land Communications GmbH you will be responsible for managing new projects from the implementation phase into the operational phase, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Use of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and applicable company business management processes
  • Preparing offers together with bid management for service contracts and all requirements relating to particular clients
  • Generating service and maintenance plans
  • Overseeing preparation of requirements regarding materials and personnel in order to perform service and maintenance contracts
  • Managing new projects from the implementation phase through to operation
  • Coordinating the activities necessary to fulfill contracts with regards to performance, quality, customer satisfaction and business success
  • Informing clients with regards to product changes, product enhancement, upgrades and discontinuation
  • Working with OP and forecast planning in your area of responsibility


  • Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or communications engineering
  • At least 3 years' professional experience in telecommunications and digital trunked radio systems
  • Knowledge of roll-out, project and service management
  • Practical experience in the area of servicing radio networks and systems
  • Knowledge of creating service and maintenance contracts
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • Knowledge of French advantageous
