Use your expertise to give tomorrow's technologies a head start, here and now, as a quality engineer in Manching for our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, and use your own initiative to rise to challenges in the area of quality management.

Task description

  • Definition, revision and further development of the internal, cross-department quality management system and its standards, guidelines and processes according to experience
  • Surveillance of process performance and the relevant performance characteristics (KPIs) as well as analysis of trends and definition for necessary corrective and preventative measures
  • Management of company certifications and act as an interface to external quality bodies such as ISO, IAQG, EASA and ECSS
  • Tracking of life cycle processes in accordance with CADM/CADE, as well as qualitative and quantitative process monitoring using quality data on verification, manufacturing, testing and in-service phases
  • Performance of internal and external product-specific audits in Germany and abroad
  • Safeguarding of implementation of customer and buyer-determined procedures using the programme management
  • Agreement and standardisation of QM procedures
  • Focal point for buyers, customers and suppliers


  • Degree in engineering, preferably in aeronautical engineering
  • Practical role-related experience and knowledge in the area of software development desirable
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Systematic and thorough working approach as well as exceptional communication skills complete your profile
