Task description

  • Preparation and optimization of the test procedure as well as preparation of test reports

  • Measurement of simple and complex parts with subsequent evaluation and documentation of the results

  • Creation of a clear error description in the form of complaints

  • Selection of special test equipment and initiation of procurement processes

  • Determination and determination of the framework conditions for the testing task

  • Evaluation of results using statistical methods

  • Advice on quality issues (e.g. acceptance, release in case of deviations).

Requirements

  • Completed training as aircraft or industrial mechanic with qualification as technician or master craftsman.

  • Certification in Defence/Aerospace

  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of aircraft construction, aerospace, quality management and assurance

  • Knowledge of the (composite) examination

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

  • Experience in dealing with Polyworks and VBA programming

  • Fluent in German and English
