Increase your professional success as a Quality Inspector in Manufacturing and realize your vision together with ARTS. In your future position you will work in Gilching near Munich for our customer from the aerospace industry and be responsible for quality inspections during assembly.

Task description

  • Selection of suitable measuring instruments for conformity tests of articles within defined tolerances

  • Performing visual and dimensional checks of products during assembly to ensure conformity

  • Entry of the results into the ERP system and release of articles for further use

  • Preparation of variance reports and their transfer to the relevant functions

  • Support in eliminating non-conformities with necessary backup documentation

  • Working closely with quality, production and engineering teams to identify hardware and process deviations


  • Completed training in a technical profession or higher

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in the aerospace or automotive sector

  • Experience with composite materials, aircraft structures and mechanical/mechatronic components

  • Very familiar with conformity requirements for incoming goods, measurement technology and measurement methods

  • Good understanding and application of test-related documentation such as initial sample testing and various

  • Certificates of conformity and familiarity with technical drawings and work instructions

  • Very good English required, German advantageous

  • Strong and proactive communication, enthusiasm and diligence
