In your future position working for our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth you will be responsible for quality planning and the associated process optimisation.

Task description

  • Realisation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the associated implementation of the Elements Control Plan, P-FMEA and SPC
  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of test planning tasks, e.g. Control Plan, GTIs, test plans or test dynamisation
  • Definition and introduction of Q-improvement measures and ensuring the implementation of a continual improvement process
  • Management of, implementation of and provision of support during quality management projects, both internally and within the client environment
  • Moderation and imnitiation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS) activities in relation to 8D reporting, 5W or Manage Problem Board
  • Continuation and implementation of SPC activities for the optimisation of production and test processes
  • Cooperation and coordination with the stakeholders


  • Degree in Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management as well as in project management
  • Confident user of MS Office and elementary knowledge of SAP
  • Business-fluent German and very good English
  • Willingness to take on extra work and business trips required
  • A quality-conscious mindset and strong communication skills should round off your profile
