Task description

  • Continuous expansion of the talent pool as well as professional and ongoing supervision of potential applicants
  • Active search for and communication with potential candidates in social and business networks
  • Construction of a network through established social media channels, including the communication of an attractive employer image
  • Data acquisition of applicants in the respective tools
  • Pre-classification of applications as well as the independent organisation and execution of telephone interviews (pre-interviews) and personal interviews
  • Active proposal of further vacancies after successful matchings
  • Preparation of qualification profiles
  • Representation of ARTS as a brand ambassador at trade shows and recruitment fairs


  • Completion of commercial training with professional experience in the area of personnel
  • Strong communication skills and sound experience in communicating with highly qualified technical and commercial personnel in the context of recruitment
  • Very good knowledge of German and business-fluent English
  • A service-orientated and customer-oriented approach towards internal and external stakeholders combined with initiative and commitment
  • Open-mindedness and team spirit should round off your profile
  • High level of motivation and initiative
