Sales responsibility in West Germany for the areas of temporary employment and personnel placement, contracts for work and services as well as the consulting business
Identification of further potentials in other technology sectors, such as aerospace, automotive, railways, IT, energy, etc. to establish our services.
Development and implementation of individual, success-oriented sales strategies
Securing and expanding market position by achieving sales targets
Support of existing customers as well as initiation and control of long-term customer loyalty measures
Documentation of the sales activity and maintenance of the CRM tool
Degree in economics or engineering
Alternative completion of a commercial apprenticeship with appropriate professional experience
Know-how in the sale of services in the industrial environment
Experience with CRM systems and an understanding of the relevance of sales tracking and structured sales work.
Fluent in German and English
Strong identification with brand, mission and service offering
