We are looking to recruit a scheduler to work in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel for our client Lufthansa Technik AG. In your future position, you will be responsible for analysing and ordering stocks of materials for rotable spare parts and consumables.

Task description

  • Ordering and monitoring stock quantities
  • Creating initial supply overviews for engine parts
  • Establishing replacement options in accordance with technical aviation regulations
  • Ensuring the necessary supply levels within the approved materials budget
  • Interface function for the production centre
  • Producing service levels for engine parts
  • Carrying out project work

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial training with good technical expertise
  • Alternatively a supplementary qualification in business administration or management
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes and systems at Lufthansa Technik AG plus technical documentation of these processes
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent command of German and English
