In your future position in Hamburg at our client Airbus Operations GmbH, you will be responsible for the organisation, booking and invoicing of business trips, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Handling of telephone correspondence

  • Evaluation and distribution of internal and external post

  • Coordination of appointments

  • Organisation of meetings and booking rooms

  • Preparation of protocols and procurement of office and utility materials

  • Preparation and follow-up work on documents for meetings

  • Tracking of the action list and creation of letters and reports


  • Commercial vocational training

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a secretary or assistant

  • Confident user of MS Office

  • Fluent command of German and English

  • Independent and organised approach to work
