We are looking for you as Service Desk Application Engineer for our customer in Hamburg, Germany, in order to make tomorrow's technologies faster, better and more efficient today.

Task description

  • Management and 2nd level support of central business applications

  • Recording, analysis and specification of business requirements

  • Training of employees in face-to-face and Skype events

  • Support and moderation of a cross-location Local Responsible Network

  • Responsibility for the introduction of new application versions and the associated change management

  • Role as interface to other teams and applications

  • Development of new and innovative training concepts

  • Support of applications in cooperation with our internal customers in the form of consulting and support for technical problems

Requirements

  • Experience in Requirements Engineering

  • Good understanding of complex relationships in the IT environment

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Willingness to travel for occasional business trips in a national and international environment

  • Quick comprehension and great commitment to participating in change processes

  • High degree of personal responsibility and structured work

  • Good presentation and communication skills
