Task description

  • Ensuring the service quality of existing work processes and escalation measures

  • Opening and processing of inquiries from customer contact

  • Monitoring of the applications transferred to the Service Desk

  • Execution of the assigned first-level tasks

  • Creation and processing of service requests, incidents and problems

  • Implementation of the fault and complaint management

  • Collaboration on measures and projects that span across the Service Desk

Requirements

  • Completed training in the relevant occupational field

  • Professional experience and knowledge in the IT sector

  • Knowledge of the processes of quality and service management

  • Experience in working with the ITIL standard framework

  • Basic English knowledge

  • Shift work

  • Reliability and team spirit
