We are looking to recruit a shop floor support FAL for the location Stade, who would also be ready to go on a business trips to Toulouse for our customer Airbus Operations GmbH. In your future position you will be responsible for the preparation and prioritisation of work plans and BOMs according to the requirements of the shop floor.

Task description

  • Setup of synchronised stations to support the FAL
  • Introduction of an initial installation in close cooperation with the shop floor
  • Preparation and prioritisation of flowcharts, parts lists and time calculations
  • Planning of regular feedback rounds with the production team
  • Management of recurring work preparation topics on the part of production
  • Participation in product concepts in the design phase


  • Degree or qualification as a technician/specialist in aircraft construction or mechanical engineering
  • At least three years of professional experience in work preparation as well as production planning and management
  • Experience as a work planner in series production advantageous
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent English, advanced German and basic French skills
  • Willingness to go on business trips and an independent and structured way of working should round off your profile
