We are looking to recruit a motivated software developer in Ulm who would respond to the challenges of our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH with creative and innovative ideas. Amongst other things, you will be responsible for the development (design and implementation) of software components and units.

Task description

  • Collaboration in the design of concepts and architectures for application software for distributed surveillance systems
  • Definition and derivation of requirements
  • Support with system integration, testing and trials
  • Collaboration from the definition phase to the acceptance test
  • Documentation of work carried out


  • Degree in mathematics, electrical engineering or computer science
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in OOA/OOD with UML as well as in virtualisation and container solutions (e.g. Docker)
  • Confident user of Java, C++, Linux and Middleware DDS
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • An excellent sense of responsibility, resilience and organisational capability should round off your profile
