We are looking for a Software Engineer for our customer Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching. In your future position you will be responsible for developing logistically relevant design requirements and integration into design requirement documentation.

Task description

  • Allocation of logistically relevant design requirements within the product and system structure
  • Contribution to availability concept and related analysis, test and demonstration plans
  • Performing of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Testability (RAMT), analysing, testing as well as demonstrating to identifing and predicting product behavior, capabilities and characteristics in the related areas
  • Analysing of maintenance requirements and evaluation of logistic resources
  • Determination of life cycle costs and provision of cost of ownership information
  • Collecting, investigation and evaluation of data from internal and external suppliers
  • Developing of solutions for technical issues
  • Conceptualisation of solutions as well as establishment of the technical design
  • Designing and developing of software products
  • Responsibility for components and development projects
  • Sketching and codation of reviews


  • Degree in IT
  • Good experience in information systems as well as in software development methods
  • Skills in terms of military standards and certification rules
  • Very good know-how in working with objectorientated programming, C# and VB.NET or Java
  • Expertise in Oracle,SQL and MS Office
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • CV in english needed
