Task description

  • Administration, issue and return of operating resources in the tool issue department
  • Execution of bookings in electronic resource management systems
  • Forwarding of the material to the warehouse or passage control
  • Compilation of tool sets according to technical specifications
  • Provision of tools and equipment for A/C checks and preparation of special orders
  • Ordering and dispatch of tools and equipment
  • Monitoring of test intervals as well as performance of functional tests and filling of oil bars and grease guns


  • Completed IHK training, preferably as a specialist for warehouse logistics
  • Knowledge of tool dispensing and materials management
  • Good MS-Office knowledge
  • Apron driving licence and class B driving licence required
  • First-aid certificate or willingness to acquire it
  • Good knowledge of German and basic English
  • Willingness to work shifts
