In your future position in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel with our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, you will be responsible for the development and optimisation of process management, among other duties.

Task description

  • Preparation of the process landscape and the framework of the Satair Group to ensure consistency of processes
  • Definition of process introduction and maintenance of process governance, e.g. regarding necessary references, standards and guidelines
  • Evaluation and enhancement of the maturity of processes as well as optimisation of functional process management
  • Construction and development of a cross-functional process awareness through the use of suitable resources and training
  • Implementation of integration into a unique quality management system for Satair
  • Supporting the organisation in finding solutions to operational problems through close, target-orientated coordination with all entities involved
  • Establishment of guidelines for the evaluation of process improvements regarding key performance and cost opportunities through the help of suitable improvement concepts, principles and techniques 


  • Completed degree in business management or economy
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in project management, 3 years in quality management and 2 years in change management
  • Experience in process management and in process modelling is essential
  • Very good knowledge of lean management would be advantageous
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent English as well as good German and Danish skills desirable
  • A willingness to go on occasional business trips to Copenhagen
  • A CV in English is required
