We are looking for a Structural Mechanic in the program A320 for our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Stade. In your future position you will be responsible for secondary structural components such as glued holders.
Task description
Preparation of work by reviewing orders and drawings as well as upgrading components and building sites
Production and assembly of riveted joints as well as assemblies on structural components according to construction documents and production instructions
Production of components according to the valid aviation standards
Positioning and fixing of components
Documentation of the assembly of components and assemblies
Execution of simple painting activities, if necessary also sealing of screw and rivet joints
First quality controls as well as creation, tracking, feedback and clarification of complaints
Requirements
Completed training as aircraft mechanic or mechatronics technician
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production, structural assembly
Experience in aerospace as well as in CFRP is an advantage
Safe handling of MS Office
- Advanced German and basic English skills
- Readiness to work in the 2-shift system
- Operator's pass for aerial work platforms and crane certificate are advantageous
