In your future position in Ulm with our client, HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, you will be responsible for the internal coordination, organisation, management and documentation of all project-specific processes, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Performance and support of contract negotiations with domestic and foreign customers and EuroDASS cooperation partners
  • Close cooperation with support functions such as Finance/Commercial, Development, Purchasing, Legal, Production and Product Support, Quality Management and Configuration Management
  • Logging of meetings and tracking of actions
  • Support for the external bid creation process up to submission of bids
  • Participation in international EuroDASS consortium voting meetings
  • Planning, organisation and management of project processes and monitoring of the measures initiated
  • Adherence to and pursuit of the goals within the given performance, time and cost framework as well as the initiation of remedial measures, if necessary

Requirements

  • Technical degree, e.g. electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or in the aerospace industry
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of engineering, manufacturing and production, project management and product support
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • Teamwork and assertiveness
