We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for our customer Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Wunstorf. In your future position you will be responsible for supporting the material manager.

Task description

  • Development and implementation of the material operations service in accordance with the customer contract requirements and in coherence and coordination with the Material Support Centre of Competence
  • Coordinating the readiness of the Material Operations Service Provider ensuring swift resolution of any issues arising during the implementation
  • Controlling and monitoring the Material Operations Service Provider to ensure proper application of the defined processes and procedures
  • Monitoring and supervising the warehouse activities, manage repairs, warranty claims, Inbound & Outbound flows including quality and export compliance
  • Solving operational issues on a daily basis together with the Material Support Centre of Competence, the Material Manager and the customer
  • Acting as substitute in case of unavailability of the Material Manager
  • Documentation facts and issues to support negotiations

     

Requirements

  • Completed degree in the area of supply chain/logistics
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent command of English and good German and Spanish skills
  • Working experience abroad is an advantage
  • CV´s in English are required
