In your future position in Toulouse with our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, you will be responsible for ensuring the supply of outsourced and purchased products according to deadlines, quality and cost requirements, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Collaboration in new product introduction as well as checking and ensuring order processing

  • Receipt and administration of data in conjunction with the placement of orders

  • Analysis of delays and prioritisation depending on the requirements of the assembly lines and customer support

  • Control of short- and long-term operational measures, e.g. in case of faulty parts

  • Ensuring daily monitoring of supply chain performance, e.g. receipt of goods, workshop area, internal transport and shipping

  • Collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional departments for the implementation of preventative and remedial measures

  • Management of return logistics processes

  • Provision of an overview of inventory levels and implementation of action plans with suppliers to control capacity utilisation

Requirements

  • Engineering degree, e.g. Industrial engineer or supply chain quality

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and disposition/material procurement as well as 2 years in purchasing

  • Experience abroad in the desired area advantageous

  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP

  • Fluent in English, good German and basic knowledge of French

  • Willingness to travel to Toulouse on business and, where appropriate, to be posted to Toulouse
