Expand your professional success as a Supply Manager and realize your visions together with ARTS. In your future position at our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg, you will be responsible, among other things, for the active control of material flows to ensure the delivery of outsourced and purchased products in accordance with time, quality and cost specifications.

Task description

  • Review and follow-up of order processing and administration of data in connection with order placement in the ERP system

  • Analysis of delays and prioritization of urgencies according to the needs of assembly lines and customer support

  • Ensuring daily monitoring of supply chain performance

  • Working with suppliers and with the departments involved to implement preventative and remedial measures

  • Management of short- and long-term operational action plans

  • Support for the introduction of new products

  • Ensuring inventory and order management in cooperation with suppliers and implementation of action plans to control capacity utilization

  • Advancing the return logistics processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics

  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier management and supply chain/logistics

  • Safe handling of MS Office, SAP, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy

  • SAP PGI/BW knowledge required

  • Fluent English and advanced German skills

  • Willingness to undertake occasional Europe-wide missions (up to 1x per month)
