For our customer we are looking for a Quality Manager in Gilching. In your future position you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of the production material while meeting the general quality requirements.

Task description

  • Support, coordination and review of GRAMS topics as well as enforcement of quality guidelines in compliance with EASA 21G and EASA 145

  • Participation in the creation and maintenance of incoming goods and inspection plans, including optimization of incoming goods inspections

  • Responsibility for the optimal use of 3D metrology

  • Execution of risk analyses and initial sampling

  • Participation in the definition of key characteristics for the FAI / inspection planning as well as KPI's in the context of statistical process control

  • Assumption of supplier management, data maintenance, product- and supplier qualification plus supplier monitoring

Requirements

  • Completed studies in aircraft and mechanical engineering or industrial engineering including training as internal auditor

  • Several years of professional experience in quality management

  • Experience in project and supply chain management as well as in the aviation industry desirable

  • Experienced handling of SAP R/3, APQP, PPAP and FMEA

  • Good German and fluent English skills
