In your future position in Bremen at our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH you will be responsible for reporting within the supply quality organisation and to the programme quality manager of the Orion ESM programme, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Assurance of compliance with product assurance requirements by suppliers on the basis of agreed processes
  • Preparation and application of a quality monitoring plan for suppliers and products
  • Examination of the conformity of the delivered products, if necessary also software as well as handling of non-conforming products
  • Coordination of the supplier product assurance plan and quality control plans with product delivery quality
  • Monitoring and support of device development through participation in development tests, production controls and boards
  • Verification of the conformity of the delivered products by means of production controls and product approvals
  • Monitoring of quality indicators and KPIs as well as the performance of supplier assessments or audits
  • Assurance of the implementation of risk mitigation measures and helping to improve delivery quality

Requirements

  • Degree in the field of supply chain quality, electrical engineering or engineering
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management and at least 1 year in supply chain and supplier management and in the aerospace industry
  • Practical experience in the design, development, verification and validation of avionics systems desirable
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent command of German and English
  • Willingness to go on business trips
  • CVs required in German and English
