Add to your list of professional accomplishments as a supply manager and realise your vision with ARTS. In your future position in Hamburg with our customer, Airbus Operations GmbH, you will be responsible for actively managing material flows of tools in the cabin area, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Assurance of the execution of orders and administration of order data in connection with order placement in the ERP system
  • Monitoring of supplies of outsourced and bought-in products in terms of time, cost and quality specifications
  • Introduction of corrective and preventative measures
  • Management of stock and submitted orders in collaboration with the suppliers
  • Provision of an overview of stocks and implementation of action plans with suppliers for stock control
  • Analysis of deadlines and ranking priorities in the event of emergencies on the assembly lines and in customer support
  • Management of short and long-term action plans, for example for missing parts or to improve logistics processes
  • Assurance of daily performance monitoring of the supply chain and cooperation in the introduction of new products

Requirements

  • Completed engineering degree, or alternatively in business management or economics
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the areas of disposition/material procurement, purchasing, supply chain/logisitics and supplier management
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Knowledge of French advantageous
  • Assertiveness and a structured way of working should round off your profile
