For our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg we are looking for a communicative personality who enjoys working in an agile and collegial team. We look forward to receiving your application as a Team Assistant for Cabin Procurement.

Task description

  • Preparation of dossiers, documents, presentations for the areas of cabin purchasing

  • Compilation of information for the decision template

  • Coordination of appointments and coordination for the heads of the multifunctional teams

  • Internal travel booking and cost accounting

  • Organization of internal and external events

  • Correspondence in German and English language


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship

  • Several years of professional experience in finance and human resources as well as in the secretarial field

  • Airbus experience an advantage

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Structured and result-oriented way of working
