Use your expertise to give tomorrow's technologies a head start, here and now, working for our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Taufkirchen, as a team leader for electronic quality testing and tackle challenges in the area of quality assurance using self-initiative and innovation.

Task description

  • Group management for the quality assurance team in electronics production as well as reports to the head of the organizational unit
  • Responsibility for task and assignment distribution in coordination with the production department
  • Inspection and approval of the relevant production documentation
  • Performance of defined quality inspections, especially on electronic assemblies in the phases of production, integration, maintenance and delivery
  • Identification of deviations on products and work equipment as well as certification of product conformity with design documents and presentation of the conformity of all test equipment, systems and tools with operating and safety regulations
  • Investigation of any incidents in production to determine the cause and submission of corrective, preventive and general improvement measures
  • Support and advice for production employees, taking all quality aspects into account
  • Preparation and execution of key point checks with the client as well as acceptance of flight hardware

Requirements

  • Vocational training in the technical field and further training as an ESA ECSS-approved CAT 2 examiner
  • At least 3 years of experience in defect management, involving microscope work, soldering and work on PCBs
  • Experience in quality testing of electronic components absolutely essential
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Fluent command of German and basic knowledge of English
