Technical and operational support in the repair centre, for B2B customers and private customers
Spare parts processing for our B2B customers and in the repair centre (invoicing, pricing, etc.)
Implementation of customer service requirements
IT support for local employees
Completed studies in electrical engineering, alternatively training with qualification as master craftsman
Strong technical awareness of consumer electronics
Good handling of MS Office
Fluent German and English required, Korean language skills desirable
