Do you have excellent communication and social skills? In addition, are you technically adept and have an affinity for aviation? For our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH we are looking for a Technical Trainer in Calden. In the future position, you will be responsible for teaching IHK aircraft electronics technicians and masters as well as for theoretical and practical module training CS-CAT A/B according to EASA Part-66.

Task description

  • Preparation of training documents as well as demonstration and exercise objects

  • Use of planning and presentation techniques for the execution of lessons

  • To guide and guide course participants towards responsible action

  • Assessment and performance evaluation of individuals and groups

  • Moderation of groups as well as target-oriented leading of conversations and presentations of results

  • Evaluation of influences of the group structure on group behaviour as well as development and implementation of corrective measures

  • Compliance with labour and social law provisions as well as the regulations of youth protection, vocational training, environmental and health law

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as aircraft or industrial mechanic, ideally with qualification as technician or master craftsman

  • Additional qualification Ada Degree

  • Many years of professional experience in precision and industrial mechanics, manufacturing/production, IT/information systems and technical documentation

  • Practical experience in the maintenance of civil and military aircraft

  • Sound technical expertise in military aircraft technology

  • Safe handling of MS Office and SAP

  • Fluent in German and advanced English

  • Willingness to work in the field
