Support our customers in Dresden as a Specialist in User Support. In your future position you will be the main contact person for the end user for questions and problems concerning the ERP system, the digitization platform K2 and the individual software.
Acceptance and prioritisation of queries by telephone or using the ticketing system
Handling of qualified fault analyses and provision or support during problem resolution
OPtimal implementation of training courses for internal company software
Participation in smaller programming tasks
Documentation of work carried out
Completed vocational training in the field of IT or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Several years of professional experience in user support
Sound knowledge of an ERP system
Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English
Ability to grasp things quickly
