In your future position in Bremen with our client, Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, you will be responsible for the preparation of tenders with the other coordinators of the North German locations and purchasing, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Control of cleaning at the Bremen site and development of specifications

  • Commissioning and testing of special cleaning as well as quality control according to standards and inspections

  • Examination of order completion and participation in complaint management

  • Coordination with customers and creation of change requests

  • Responsibility for spatial planning and concept development

  • Development and description of new processes and coordination of external companies

  • Controlling of rental contracts and relocation measures as well as invoice and budget control

  • Delivery and creation of KPIs as well as data maintenance and evaluation


  • Completed degree in facility management or business management

  • Detailed knowledge of legal regulations

  • Experience of Airbus processes desirable

  • Confident user of MS Office, SAP and Speedikon

  • Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English

  • Ability to work in a team and high social competence
