We are looking to recruit a work planner for aircraft doors for our client, Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH, in Donauwörth. In the future position you will be responsible for the implementation of construction documents in production orders, taking technical instructions into account.

Task description

  • Supporting and advicing on technical production as well as the objectives of the individual programs
  • Inspection and release of drawings and construction documents as well as advicing to the construction department
  • Preparation of work plans and parts lists in SAP for assembly in the Airplane Door Systems area
  • Supporting in quotation calculation and the calculation of target times
  • Preparation of assembly and logistics concepts as well as incorporation of modifications
  • Analysing and reduction of additional technical overhead and simultaneous optimisation of production and assembly processes
  • Monitoring of production resources/tools, concept creation and commissioning as well as the processing of quality notifications 


  • Engineering degree, preferably in supply chain logistics, supply chain quality or aviation
  • Alternatively a qualification as a technician
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in engineering, particularly in production, manufacturing, mechanics and the aerospace industry
  • Deep knowledge in the areas of logistics, quality management, supply chain and as a technical clerk
  • Previous experience with Airbus desirable
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Knowledge of CATIA V5 desirable
  • Fluent command of German and English
