Introduction of Statistical Process Control (SPC) at Airbus’s Structural Assembly Facility in Hamburg

Kevin Czibor uses his expertise to support Airbus’s quality management operations at their Hamburg facility on a daily basis. His goal is to develop a process approach for the introduction of statistical process control and optimisation (SPC) with general application across the structural assembly of the A330. Section 16, Assembly Location 601, serves as the pilot project in this regard.
