Aufgaben

  • Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for department leads
  • Prepare and format professional presentations based on content input
  • Organise and support internal and external meetings and events
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in German and English
  • Plan, book and settle business trips (domestic and international) using SAP
  • Manage purchase requisitions and order office supplies via SAP
  • Prepare workspaces for new employees and coordinate onboarding logistics
  • Maintain records in SAP (e.g. absences, working hours) and file documentation

Profil

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as industrial clerk, office communication clerk, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in secretarial work, administrative assistance, or as a commercial clerk
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP; experience with Confluence is a plus
  • German language skills at negotiation level (min. C1), English at advanced level (min. B2); French is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a security-sensitive environment (export control)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
