Aufgaben

• Carrying out assembly work on aircraft — Precise implementation according to work instructions, technical drawings and documentation such as AMM, IPC and SRM
• Application of sealants and coatings — Professional use of sealing materials, paints and chemical substances for the highest quality standards
• Mechanical processing — carrying out riveting, drilling and cutting work with state-of-the-art tools
• Compliance with regulations and standards — working in accordance with FOD regulations, internal company procedures and specific customer requirements
• Quality assurance and documentation — Ensure all work meets technical requirements and accurately record any deviations or issues in the work area
• Team support and flexibility — supporting the team in various tasks such as mechanics, structural assembly or electrical work

Profil

• Completed training as a mechanic, sheet metal worker or fitter
• Several years of professional experience in aviation, ideally with a focus on Airbus aircraft
• Sound knowledge of mechanics, hydraulic systems, structures, fuel tanks and air conditioning systems
• Confident handling of special tools such as rivet guns, torque spanners, drills and countersinks
• Experience in using technical documentation such as work orders, drawings and SOI
• Expertise in FOD rules and other aviation safety regulations
• Good command of English and willingness to work shifts (early/late shift) and optional weekend work
• Ideally a driving licence for cherry pickers and lifting machines
• Existing work permit for the EU
