Aufgaben

• Management and realisation of projects to develop and implement the raw materials strategy in accordance with Airbus Group guidelines
• Analysis and identification of cost reduction potentials, coordination of measures and negotiation of commercial agreements to optimise procurement costs
• Monitoring and controlling work transfers to the market and to suppliers to ensure smooth implementation
• Risk management in the supplier environment, including assessment of potential risks and development of targeted risk mitigation measures
• Negotiating and managing contract terms and conditions, including change management and ensuring consistency between contracts and Airbus information systems
• Promoting supplier development through regular review and evaluation to strengthen long-term performance and co-operation
• Holistic management of aluminium supply, including optimisation of demand allocation to maximise savings potential within Airbus
• Continuously monitor and analyse changes in demand, identify potential contract breaches and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Profil

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
• Several years of experience in purchasing, customer service, supplier management and contract management
• Basic knowledge of project management required and experience in the aviation industry an advantage
• In-depth application knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
• Willingness to travel
