Aufgaben

  • Processing personnel measures such as hiring, transfers, or contract changes
  • Creating and maintaining master and payroll data as well as time management
  • Independently performing payroll accounting, including special transactions such as wage increases or one-time payments
  • Calculating allowances, bonuses, and other remuneration
  • Checking tax and social security obligations as well as analyzing and correcting errors
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies, social security institutions, and authorities
  • Processing complex issues such as garnishments or deferred compensation
  • Documentation in accordance with statutory retention periods

Profil

  • Completed training as an accountant or human resources specialist
  • Many years of professional experience in payroll accounting and human resources
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources administration
  • Initial experience with SAP HR and, ideally, knowledge of the Workday tool
  • Confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic knowledge of English (at least A2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
