Aufgaben

  • Integration of components, cable harnesses, and attachments according to work orders, drawings, and procedures
  • Assembly and testing of mechanical and electronic aerospace assemblies
  • Documentation via SAP and handover to quality assurance
  • Fault analysis and reworking in the event of deviations in accordance with repair orders
  • Support for technical expertise and improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring material completeness and tool selection
  • Carrying out visual and functional tests before, during, and after integration

Profil

  • Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, or comparable technical training with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of experience in aircraft construction and quality assurance, as well as experience in the integration of space equipment, is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and confident use of MS Office
  • Knowledge or certificates in ECSS or IPC manufacturing standards (soldering & crimping)
  • Knowledge of the application of integration and testing procedures
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work shifts and travel on business
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
