Commercial Assistant Aviation (m/f/x)

We are currently looking for a Commercial Assistant Aviation for our customer Airbus Defence and Space at their Manching site. In this position, you will be the organizational backbone of a technical team and ensure that everyday office processes run smoothly – from scheduling and documentation to travel arrangements. Aufgaben

  • Independent office organization, including appointment and email management for the team leader
  • Planning and organizing meetings and workshops in coordination with internal interfaces
  • Support with administrative tasks such as time management, orders, or document preparation
  • Creating and maintaining minutes (MoM) and presentations
  • Travel planning and accounting for team members and customer visits
  • Maintenance of digital filing systems and structured document management
  • Contribution to sustainability goals in everyday office life (paper, waste, resources)
  • Promotion of positive interaction within the team and in the working environment

 

Profil

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., as an office management assistant, industrial clerk, or office communications clerk.
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of assistance/secretarial work and as a commercial clerk
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
