Aufgaben

Analysis of the results of the group-wide employee survey “involve me!”
Preparation of the results for the Executive Board, co-determination bodies, and other stakeholders
Advising managers and employees on the content and results of the survey
Contact person for HR experts in various areas of the Group
Collaboration with the IT provider on the digital presentation of the survey and evaluation
Quality assurance of the feedback results on the digital platform

Profil

Completed degree in psychology or a comparable field of study
Experience in the statistical analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
Familiarity with digital HR processes
Very good German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills (at least B2)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
