Aufgaben

Developing a strategic vision for digital mock-up (DMU) in the cabin and cargo environment
Leading an interdisciplinary development team for digital transformation projects
Coordinating requirements between engineering, IT, and software development
Designing and implementing automated tools and methods for process optimization
Continuously improving existing applications and interfaces
Prioritization of requirements in coordination with business owners
Monthly business trips to Toulouse for coordination with international project partners

Profil

Completed technical degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable field (at least a bachelor's degree)
Several years of professional experience in change management, engineering, and information systems
In-depth knowledge of agile project methods
Good knowledge of project management; knowledge of machine learning and rule management is an advantage
Very good user skills in CATIA V5, VPM, and ideally 3DX
Business fluent English (at least C1); German and French skills desirable
Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
