Aufgaben

Monitoring and controlling AOG order processing to ensure material availability
Optimizing supply chain processes and analyzing supply delays
Maintaining relevant data in the ERP system (SAP R/3) for order processing
Prioritization of critical requirements according to urgency for assembly lines and customer support
Development and implementation of operational measures in the event of delays, missing parts, and logistics problems
Coordination with suppliers and internal departmentsto implement corrective measures
Control of reverse logistics including quotation management and parts tracking
Supplier evaluation and risk management to ensure security of supply

Profil

Completed degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics or comparable field
Several years of professional experience in purchasing, customer service and project management
In-depth user knowledge of SAP R/3 and experience with Google Workspace are advantageous
Business fluent English skills (at least C1) and advanced German skills (at least B2)
Communicative, structured personality with the ability to plan appointments and workflows efficiently and on time
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
