Technician Work Preparation & Production A350 (m/f/x)

We are currently looking for a Technician Work Preparation & Production A350 for our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. As part of the Widebody team, you will be responsible for the technical coordination of mechanical and electrical system installation in the A350 program – with the aim of delivering each section complete and error-free. Aufgaben

Coordination of mechanical and electrical series installations in the A350 program
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation in the event of malfunctions (non-conformities)
Retrieval and escalation of material requirements via SAP and procurement
Active construction site management and monitoring of deadlines and remaining work
Identification and elimination of manufacturing problems
Creating work plans for changes, modifications, and repairs (SAP PEA S02/S03)
Using sophisticated tools such as PALANTIR, TANDEM, SPARROW and EXPLORER for error analysis
Monitoring equipment defects before the start of production
Collaborating on projects and advising on changes to the installation process

Profil

Completed training with additional further training as a technician or specialist, or a degree in aircraft construction, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field of study
Initial professional experience in work preparation and supply chain/logistics
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and production planning/control
In-depth application knowledge of SAP, SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1), French skills are an advantage
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (weekly change)
Willingness to travel (approx. 2 weeks/year, primarily France)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
