2. Collecting and storing data

The information we obtain from you is used to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service. We store information obtained from you, for example, if you get in touch with us. This information includes your name, address and email address. If you contact us as a potential applicant, this requires the input of personal data, in particular, your first and last names, address, email address and telephone number. You can also specify additional details, in particular, form of address, current company and title.

In order for us to comply with your preferences, you have the option of providing lots of other data, without which it is very difficult to identify job placements. We will use your personal information in order to correspond with you and to keep our records up to date, in particular, to perform the services we provide for jobseekers and for our clients. In general, we will store all the information you send us for as long as you are interested in collaborating with us within our service framework. If you no longer wish us to use your data, we will, of course, comply immediately with that request (see item 6).

6. The right to access, delete or block data

You are entitled to information, free of charge and at any time, relating to your stored personal data, its origin and recipients as well as the intended purpose of the data processing. You are also entitled to correct, block or delete this data. If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we will need your email address plus information which enables us to verify that you are the holder of the specified email address and agree to receiving the newsletter. No other data is collected. We use the data exclusively for sending out the requested information, and we will not pass it on to third parties.

You may at any time withdraw your consent to storing this data, including the email address and its use for sending the newsletter, for instance, by using the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.

Outsourced data processing

We have agreed a contract with Google relating to outsourced data processing and we will implement in full the guidelines from the German data protection authorities in our use of Google Analytics.
